Occupation, Morality and Peace

Dan Tsahor

Dan Tsahor's group of Isaeli conscripted soldiers, Courage to Refuse, pledged to not take part in any activity that would perpetuate the occupation of the Palestinian Territories beyond the 1967 borders.

They believe occupation does not make Israel more secure.

Dan Tsahor is also is a member of Combatants for Peace, a group of Israelis soldiers and Palestinian individuals who used to be actively involved in the cycle of violence there. Dan Tsahor volunteers in providing psychosocial support for survivors of the Holocaust, he lectures on Zionism, and he is studying for a Master degree in European Modern History at Tel Aviv University.
