Arguing will only make walls higher and gaps wider. Therefore, the Listener's Way method teaches the primacy of listening and empathy as a first step to en-

Listener's Way:
A powerful tool to help you share your ideas convincingly.
A way to talk to anyone with the possibility of opening their heart and mind.
A method to promote important values and beliefs through one-on-one listening, talking, and transforming by reaching people’s humanity.

The Listener's Way promotes starting any conversation by active listening. It advises sincere interest in the person and seeing the human being beneath the surface. This method seeks to create a bond that says, "We are struggling together, not against each other.”

The other person is given the opening to present their best case. You listen carefully and together will bring out inconsistencies, questionable assumptions, and underlying needs and motivations. Listener's Way lets you state your case passionately and eloquently. The other will be moved—because listening and validating the humanity of the other allows the possibility that though we and they disagree, we are working together in good faith to find truth.
